• Same period of stay
• Same room/bed type
• Same advance purchase requirements, prepayment and deposit requirements (if any)
• Same cancellation and amendment policies
• The room must be available for instant confirmation at the time our agents check availability

3. The "Best Price Guarantee" does not apply to unpublished rates, such as:

• Private rates
• Packaged or promotional rates
• Hotel rooms sold as part of a travel package
• Rates that are not available to the general public, which include:

  -Corporate discount rates
  -Group or meeting rates
  -Any rates requiring membership
  -Loyalty programs
  

Any organization with rates intended for a specific group of individuals and are not meant for the general public.

• All above accommodation types rates include breakfast.
• Rates are quoted in Thai Baht subject to 10 % Service Charge, 7% VAT and 1% Provincial Tax.
• Rates are for 2 adults in a Serenity room and one bedroom suite and up to 4 adults in a two bedroom suite. Extra bed is THB-1,500++.
• Check-in time is 14.00 hrs.
• Check-out time is 12.00 hrs. noon.
• Complimentary WiFi internet in guest room and throughout the resort.
• Complimentary usage of fitness center, mountain bikes and canoes.
• Complimentary daily scheduled shuttle bus to Shopping Center and Patong Beach.
• Minimum 5 nights stay receive free airport one way trip transfer (not applicable for Serenity room).
• Free return transfer for minimum 7 nights stay (not applicable for Serenity room).
• Minimum 10 nights stay upgrade to next room category if available and round trip transfer (except peak season).

• Child less than 6 years old without extra bed is free of charge and complimentary for breakfast.
• Child less than 12 years old sharing the same bed with parents is free of charge for room only and breakfast is charged at Baht 450++.
• Child less than 12 years old with extra bed is charged at Baht 750++ per day including breakfast.
• Adult is charged Baht 1500++ per day in extra bed including breakfast.

Peak Season:  24 December to 7 Jan

• A cancellation fee equivalent to two nights will be charged for each room cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival.
• A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the entire stay will be charged for each room cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.
• A cancellation fee equivalent to the entire stay will be charged for each room cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival or no-show.
• A cancellation fee equivalent to the entire stay will be charged in case of early check-out.

High Season:  1 November to 23 December AND 8 January to 15 April

• A cancellation fee equivalent to one 1 night will be charged for each room cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival.
• A cancellation fee equivalent to two nights will be charged for each room cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival.
• A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the entire stay will be charged for each room cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival or no-show.
• A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the remaining stay or minimum 1 night (if one night remains) will be charged in case of early check-out.

Low Season:  16 April to 31 October

• A cancellation fee equivalent to one night will be charged for each room cancelled less than 5 days prior to arrival or no-show.
• A cancellation fee equivalent to one night will be charged in case of early check-out.
