Thailand celebrated National Children’s day on 11th January and Serenity joined the celebrations. Children’s Day in Thailand or ‘Wan Dek’ is a magical day where families come together to spend time with children and do fun things.
Phuket’s Children can enjoy tours of official government buildings, military aircraft and ships, with many businesses providing fee entry to local attractions and places of interest.
To mark the occasion, the Serenity team took this opportunity to give something back to our local community:
Serenity donates Bicycles for local underprivileged children for Children’s Day
The Serenity team (above) led by our General Manager Urs Aebi (centre) with our Executive Housekeeper Ms. Ying (right) donated gift for underprivileged children of the local Rawai community. The donation was received by the local representative.
Serenity gives donation for Children’s Education at Watsawangarom School
Serenity made a donation to support the eduction of the local children from Watsawangarom School in Rawai for the occasion of the National children’s day.
