Serenity Resort & Residences Phuket and East 88 Beach Lounge are pleased to announce the appointment of Maxime Gaillard as our new Food & Beverage Manager. Originally from Bordeaux in South Western France, Maxime comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience in hospitality and food & beverage service.
Maxime has a Masters degree in Hotel & Tourism Management and a European Masters Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management from VATEL International School in Bordeaux and is here to help make your experience at Serenity and East 88, a memorable one.
Maxime, who has previously held positions in 5 star resorts in Abu Dhabi and in Phuket, will make sure the food is hot, the drinks are cold, and that the music keeps playing.
