The Minimum Program Length is 3 Days

Our program is fun, accessible to anybody, non-intrusive and educational. Designed by our expert nutritionist and guided by a fitness professional, this retreat will educate and heal you at the same time. And if you lose a few kilos on the way then we are sure that you won’t mind that either. You don’t need to be a health or fitness fanatic to join. We only accept a limited number of guests into the program on any given day and guarantee personal care and attention to beginners and more experienced guests alike.


The program runs on a 7-days cycle but you may join on any given day of the week. Please note that you should arrive a day earlier and leave at least one full day after completion of the program to allow you to settle in before the program and not miss out on any activities on the last day. Our program is particularly suitable for couples but singles are obviously more than welcome. Number of days inside the program is unlimited, but we recommend at least 3 full program days to benefit as much as possible from the activities and nutrition.
